Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Areas
We ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Please note: We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresess.
2. Shipping Costs
We use a flat rate shipping fee of 6.99$ for all orders.
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
3. Delivery Time
a. Order Processing Time
Since we offer personalized baseball jerseys, order processing can take between 1 - 7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note: This processing time is an estimate and depends on our current order volume at the time you place your order.
b. Shipping Time
Once your order is processed, we'll hand it over to our shipping carrier.
Shipping time typically ranges from 7 - 12 business days from the day your order is processed and dispatched.
Your total delivery time will be the sum of order processing time and shipping time.
This delivery timeframe is our estimate; actual delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, major holidays, large sales events, or carrier delays.

4. Our Shipping Partners
Currently, USPS and UPS are our trusted shipping partners. You'll receive your order from one of these carriers.
5. Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website or o our Order Tracking page on our website. Please allow approximately 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
6. Delivery Issues
In the event your order is lost or missing, please first check if the package was placed in an unconventional location, ask your neighbors if the package was delivered to them by mistake, or contact your local post office regarding the parcel's whereabouts. If you've completed all these steps and still can't locate your lost or missing order, please contact us via email at [email protected]. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, and then we will support you by sending a new order.
