2. Product Information & Customization
Jenilo specializes in made-to-order personalized baseball jerseys. Product photos and previews are for illustrative purposes only. Final printed/stitched items may slightly vary in color or placement due to printing/stitching techniques or screen calibration differences.
You are responsible for reviewing your customization details (name, number, size, font, logo) before submitting your order. We are not liable for personalization errors provided by the customer.
3. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Order Processing Time: 1–7 business days (see Shipping Policy for details).
- Delivery Time: Varies by destination. Estimated ranges are provided, but delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or force majeure.
- Shipping Fees: Flat rate of $6.99 per order.
- Order Tracking: Provided via email when the order is shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, unusual activity, or inventory limitations.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
We accept payments via:
- PayPal (including Guest Checkout)
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover (processed securely via PayPal)
We reserve the right to adjust prices, correct pricing errors, or cancel orders with incorrect pricing due to technical issues.
All payment transactions are encrypted and comply with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store credit card data.
5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
As items are custom-made, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Customer error (wrong size, name, number, logo)
However, you are eligible for a full refund or free replacement if the item:
- Is defective due to a manufacturing or design error on our part
- Is incorrect compared to your order confirmation (wrong size, color, print, etc.)
- Is damaged during shipping
- Is lost in transit (after verification with the shipping carrier)

6. Cancellations & Order Modifications
- Within 4 hours of placing the order: you may request changes or cancellations via email ([email protected]).
- After 4 hours: the order is locked for processing and cannot be modified or cancelled.
Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.
7. Shipping Responsibilities
- Jenilo ships globally from the U.S.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
- We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or refused deliveries.
- Import duties, taxes, or customs charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the site—including logos, images, product descriptions, and website design—is the intellectual property of Jenilo and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jenilo will not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
- Delays or disruptions beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues, customs delays).
- Customer misuse or alterations of the product after delivery.
In any event, Jenilo’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product(s) purchased.
